Job Details

Qualifications – Needed

  • Minimum 2+ years of direct sales or industrial sales experience
  • Strong background in B2B prospecting, territory development, and solution selling
  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and close high-value deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel 35–45% within assigned territory
  • High level of ambition, integrity, and self-motivation with team-oriented mindset
  • Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop new business while expanding existing customer relationships within assigned territory
  • Penetrate industrial accounts and build strong relationships with safety, facility, and engineering decision-makers
  • Conduct plant visits, evaluate safety needs, and present customized solutions using value-based selling
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and quoting to closing and post-sale support
  • Prepare accurate pricing quotes based on on-site measurements and evaluations
  • Represent the company at local and national trade shows to generate new leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects from proposal to installation
  • Maintain and update CRM with all customer and pipeline activity
