Large Construction Company looking for a Grading Superintendent to join our growing organization. The position duties and responsibilities include the following; Coordinate scheduling requests with vendors and client superintendents, communicate possible delays or problems to appropriate parties, furnish and submit field proposals, daily planning and scheduling activities, monitor grading crews and truck drivers daily performance and ensure schedule is met, collaborate with sales, purchasing and construction teams.

Schedule Monday through Friday, Saturdays (as necessary). Typical work week 40-50 hrs.
