Position Type : Full Time Pay Rate : $18.67 / Hour Job Schedule : Day Time Mon 02 : 30 PM - 11 : 00 PM Tue 02 : 30 PM - 11 : 00 PM Wed 02 : 30 PM - 11 : 00 PM Sat 02 : 30 PM - 11 : 00 PM Sun 02 : 30 PM - 11 : 00 PM What You'll Do : Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities : Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel or authorities. Assist with access control, including verifying credentials of individuals entering restricted areas of the healthcare location. Support emergency preparedness and response activities, including evacuations or drills, as required by the site. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and observations during each shift. What We're Looking For : Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements : At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. Loss prevention experience is preferred. A Security Professional Guard Card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
