Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including commercial, multi-family, retail, and tenant improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and excellent analytical skills to ensure competitive and precise bidding.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects including materials, labor, and other related expenses.
• Analyze design drawings and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimating.
• Utilize estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and PlanSwift to prepare and manage estimates.
• Review and adjust estimates based on changes to project scope or schedule.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and timeline.
• Provide support during the bidding process and present estimates to stakeholders.
