Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement : Collaborate with businesses to assess their insurance needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Inbound Inquiries : Handle incoming inquiries efficiently, addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
  • Policy Analysis : Evaluate client portfolios to recommend appropriate insurance coverage that aligns with their business objectives.
  • New Business Development : Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the agency's client base through proactive sales efforts.
  • Relationship Management : Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuous Education : Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide up-to-date advice and support to clients.

Requirement

  • Licenses : Possession of relevant insurance licenses, such as a Commercial Property & Casualty License, is a plus.
  • Experience : Previous experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field is beneficial.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Client-centric Approach : Strong dedication to meeting and surpassing client needs and expectations.
  • Adaptability : Proven ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment while maintaining productivity and teamwork.
