Licensed Vocational Nurse - IV Certified

Job Description / Summary :

The purpose of this position is to provide screening, vaccination services and N95 respirator fit testing to employees, volunteers, physicians and post job offer applicants and to provide clinical support service to the Employee Health Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Director and Physician. This position is also responsible for maintaining highly confidential records regarding the health status of employees and prospective employees.
