A company is looking for a Technical Support Advisor to provide remote customer support for telecommunications products.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first contact support for business voice, video, data, and premium product issues
Demonstrate exceptional customer service and minimize escalations by taking ownership of customer-reported issues
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer troubles while maintaining knowledge of relevant product offerings and technology
Required Qualifications
1+ year of customer service, help desk, troubleshooting, or call center experience
Ability to follow attendance guidelines to meet business needs
Technical knowledge of telecommunications products and services
Experience in a virtual call center environment is preferred
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
