We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Architect with strong expertise in Java architecture multithreading and high-performance system design . The ideal candidate must have an Engineering background with a relevant degree and the ability to work in a hybrid onsite model as needed.
- Lead end-to-end architecture and design for complex Java-based applications.
- Drive high-level technical decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Expert in Java multithreading concurrency and performance optimization.
- Design scalable secure and maintainable solutions for large distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews architectural assessments and technology evaluations.
- Build reusable frameworks libraries and architectural components.
- Ensure best practices in design patterns microservices and cloud integration.
- Optimize system performance reliability and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to development teams.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues related to architecture and performance.
- Work with DevOps teams on CI / CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
- Ensure application security compliance and data integrity.
- Strong experience with Spring RESTful services and messaging systems.
- Must be local and available for a hybrid work schedule as required.
