What You'll Do : Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the logistics and distribution location. Provide customer service by assisting visitors, drivers, and employees with access-related inquiries and site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter security-related incidents and identify potential issues. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific guidelines and emergency response protocols. Document and report any irregularities, security-related incidents, or unusual activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific requirements. Follow all security-related procedures and policies as outlined for the logistics and distribution environment. Collaborate with site personnel and / or law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
