Responsibilities

• Create quotes, shop renewals and cross sale
• Issue insurance documentation, update client information and initiate policy changes
• Build client relationships to maintain retention and win-back previous client
• Educate and advise clients
• Handle incoming referrals leads for Personal Lines
• Able to sale incoming leads for Personal Lines
