Overview
Glia is seeking a Director, Sales to lead Enterprise Account Executives and drive new and expansion revenue across target accounts. Work location : Remote - U.S. (Eastern or Central Time Zones).

As Sales Director, you'll play an invaluable role in Glia's growth strategy. You'll lead a talented team of account executives and focus on delivering new and strategic expansion revenue across a series of target accounts. What you\'ll do
- Build & Lead Team : Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Coach and mentor AEs to achieve pipeline and revenue targets
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback
- Develop Market Expertise : Master digital transformation and AI industry knowledge
- Stay current with market trends and competitive landscape
- Build deep understanding of customer challenges and solutions
- Drive Sales Strategy : Execute value-based selling approach and MEDDPICC methodology
- Drive adherence to established sales processes for complex enterprise deals
- Develop compelling ROI analyses to demonstrate platform value
- Guide and coach AEs through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and contract negotiations
- Achieve Business Objectives : Meet or exceed team revenue targets
- Ensure consistent pipeline development
- Achieve new business acquisition targets while maximizing expansion revenue within existing accounts
- Contribute to overall sales strategy and company growth
Requirements
2+ years working in or selling to Contact Centers3+ years of Enterprise SaaS Sales experience3+ years of experience leading a team of midmarket and enterprise sellersConsistent over-achievement track recordExcellent phone, email, and social communication skillsExperience in hiring and developing top level Mid Market / Enterprise Account ExecutivesUnderstanding of complex sales processesFinancial Services industry experience is a plusGlia is an equal-opportunity employer.
