About the Opportunity
Our client is a fast‑growing software company with deep expertise in solving complex financial data challenges for regulated industries. Their platform is trusted by industry leaders to streamline processes, eliminate discrepancies, and improve accuracy across financial systems. They are hiring their first dedicated Sales Executive focused on account expansion—deepening relationships within current enterprise customers and uncovering new use cases across departments such as Engineering, Compliance, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute expansion strategies for existing enterprise accounts
- Identify and engage new stakeholders within Finance, Operations, Engineering, Compliance, and other data‑driven teams
- Conduct discovery to uncover department‑specific workflows, use cases, and challenges
- Build detailed account maps and strategic opportunity plans
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Customer Success, Product, Professional Services, and Marketing to align solutions with customer goals
- Lead presentations, demos, pricing conversations, and contract negotiations
- Communicate ROI, pricing models, and commercial updates effectively to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting in HubSpot CRM and provide regular updates to leadership
- Help define and implement scalable sales playbooks and repeatable expansion processes
Ideal Candidate Profile
5–10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or technical business disciplineProven track record of expanding revenue within existing accounts and identifying net‑new accountsStrong consultative and solution selling skillsComfortable influencing decisions within complex, regulated organizationsSelf‑directed, adaptable, and thrives in startup environments with limited structure or existing resourcesBonus : Experience selling into the utilities, energy, or other regulated sectorsLocation
