Accounts Payable Coordinator

LHH is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our client in Emeryville, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and assisting with month-end close activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues
• Maintain organized and accurate records of accounts payable transactions
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed

Requirements :

Pay : $28hr-$31hr
