They have well established relationships throughout the region with subcontractors, engineers and architects to ensure production of the highest quality projects. This firm has proven success delivering on high value commercial projects.

They are now seeking an experienced Commercial or Multifamily Construction Superintendent to join their growing team in Wilmington.

Experience Required

• At least 8-10 years of experience working as a Superintendent
• Prior experience in building commercial K-12 education projects
• Ground up Construction
• Quality Control
• Excellent written and communication skills
