We are seeking an experienced HRSD Analyst to support the implementation of ServiceNow Source to Pay solutions. The ideal candidate will have 4 5 years of HRSD implementation experience and be capable of translating business requirements into actionable user stories, architecting scalable solutions, and collaborating with both client stakeholders and Client GDS team to oversee delivery.
- Architect ServiceNow HRSD and Source to Pay solutions based on client requirements
- Convert business needs into detailed user stories for development teams
- Collaborate with GDS team to oversee implementation and ensure quality delivery
- Facilitate client workshops and design sessions to align on solution approach
- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities
