Litigation-Focused law firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Attorney to join their growing team. This Hatch-Waxman practice involves high-stakes patent disputes and strategic counseling for leading biotech and pharma clients. The role includes litigation from complaint through trial, opinion work, IPRs / PGRs, and related patent counseling matters. This is a full-time position with remote work considerations (ideally NY tri-state area).

Base pay range

$175,000.00 / yr - $250,000.00 / yr
