Senior IP Litigation Attorney

We are partnering with a well-regarded, full-service midsize law firm in New York City that is actively seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney to join their team.

Key Qualifications

• Experience

Minimum of 7 years handling IP litigation matters, with a strong background in copyright, trademark, and design patent disputes.

Proven ability to represent clients across diverse industries in complex IP matters, including consumer products, retail, technology, and fashion industries.

Hands-on trial and courtroom experience is highly preferred.

Strong legal research, analytical, and advocacy skills, with the ability to manage cases from inception through resolution.
