A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to drive efficiency and optimize performance through data analytics in marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain attribution models to assess campaign ROI and customer acquisition costs
Optimize marketing processes and manage technology stack integration for improved efficiency
Partner with various teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and create executive dashboards
Required Qualifications
4-6+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of building attribution models and analyzing multi-channel marketing data
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel / Google Sheets, and at least one BI tool
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data governance standards
