Job Summary :
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across all HAZA Group (Wendy’s & Taco Bell) locations. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in marketing, brand management, and digital marketing, who can effectively lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that aligns with HAZA Group (Wendy’s & Taco Bell) business goals and enhances brand visibility and customer loyalty.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure high performance and innovation.
- Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, traditional advertising, and public relations.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning, informing marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with product development teams to launch new menu items and promotions, ensuring effective marketing support and communication.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment for marketing initiatives.
- Foster relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, media outlets, and influencers, to enhance HAZA Group (Wendy’s & Taco Bell) marketing efforts and reach.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data analytics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to ensure HAZA Group (Wendy’s & Taco Bell) remains at the forefront of the quick service restaurant industry.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and digital marketing, preferably in the quick service restaurant or hospitality industry.Proven experience in leading and managing a marketing team, with a track record of successful campaign development and execution.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and analytics tools.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.What We Offer :
