We are seeking an experienced, hands-on District Manager to oversee multiple retail locations in our Florida Market and drive operational excellence, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves including stepping into store operations when coverage or emergencies require it.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and teams to achieve sales, profitability, and service goals.
- Ensure all stores maintain high operational standards, compliance, and safety.
- Analyze performance data and implement strategies to improve results across the district.
- Partner with Store Managers on staffing, training, and employee relations to build high-performing teams.
- Drive local marketing and community engagement to increase customer traffic.
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Regular, daily visits and support stores including providing on-site leadership coverage when needed.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-first culture that aligns with company values.

Qualifications
- 57 years of multi-unit management experience (automotive or related retail preferred).
- Proven success leading teams, improving store performance, and managing budgets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in standard business software.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel within the district.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
