Summary of Responsibility :

The Staff Accountant is responsible for assisting with various financial tasks, including bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. This position plays a key role in supporting the financial stability and success of the organization. This is a unique opportunity for an accounting professional who wants to get involved with an organization that has the advantages of a national organization with the reliability of a "family-run" business feel.

• Financial Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Financial Reporting : Assist in preparing financial statements, including corporate reporting package as part of the month end closing process.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable : Process invoices, payments, and receipts, as well as follow up on outstanding payments and receivables.
• Financial Software : Assist in the Data Migration and implementation of new Service & ERP Systems.
• Tax Compliance : Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Audit Support : Provide documentation and support for external audits.
• Communication : Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues, provide financial information, and support decision-making processes.
