Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of machining processes, blueprint reading, and quality inspection techniques to ensure precision and efficiency in production.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC mills, lathes, or other precision machines to produce parts per specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T symbols to determine machining requirements.
• Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds for each job.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, such as cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling, programming, or machine performance.
• Work closely with engineers, programmers, and supervisors to improve processes and reduce downtime.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area following all company and OSHA safety standards.
