Associate PE Transaction Manager (Middle Office) @ Global Investment Fund

Our client is a Global Investment Manager that has been building out their internal teams within Private Equity Fund Sectors. This team would be handling Multi-Strat Private Equity and Tech Investments.

They have opened a newly created at Associate level for their Transaction Management Team supporting their Investment / Deal Team. This team is responsible for investment transaction deal closing support.

Responsibilities

• Drive transaction execution, deal compliance, resolutions, and executive approvals.
• Support Investment / Deal Team; working with Finance, Tax, and Legal to close deals.
• Analyze transaction equity documents and direct finance funding.
• Lead and handle inquiries from internal and external team.
• Manage transactions and deal pipeline.

Requirements

Location : San Francisco, CA

Salary : $150,000 - $165,000
