Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to play a central role in supporting the marketing team and ensuring smooth execution of projects. This position will assist with campaign management, coordinate with Pro Staff, organize marketing materials, help put together assets, and welcome showroom guests. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with the team while reporting directly to the Marketing Director to ensure all efforts stay aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team across all initiatives
• Assist the Social Media Manager with content scheduling, posting, and engagement tracking
• Support communications and coordination for Pro Staff members
• Organize and distribute marketing materials (digital and print)
• Help put together marketing assets such as product sheets, presentations, social media graphics, and event collateral
• Welcome, guide, and assist showroom guests, ensuring a professional and positive experience
• Track and organize campaign performance data for reporting purposes
• Maintain brand consistency across all assets and customer-facing touchpoints
