• Oversee all daily field operations for complex construction projects
• Lead and mentor site teams, including subcontractors and craft labor
• Ensure top performance in safety, schedule, budget, and quality
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to achieve milestones
• Conduct site meetings, resolve challenges, and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders
• Utilize modern construction technology, lean methods, and self-perform capabilities to drive efficiency
