Payment Processing (ACH) Specialist

Job Description

This role will report directly to the ACH Manager and is responsible for customer transaction processing. This position's hour will be for the closing shift with some holiday coverage necessary. This is a great opportunity for candidates with some retail banking experience with a growing team here at Oracle. Local candidates only. There will be NO telecommuting.

Responsibilities

• Process daily ACH and EFT transactions on behalf of customers of the company
• Maintain detailed records of transactions processed
• Participate in the ongoing development of an automated system for transaction processing
• Work in collaboration with other departments to resolve customer payment, reconciliation and technical issues
• Prepare and maintain proper procedural documentation for operating and compliance purposes
• Accept other duties as assigned

Desired Experience / Qualifications

Dependability is a must. May require some overtime in order to make sure the customer's needs are met.

US : Hiring Range in USD from $21.97 to $42.88 per hour; from : $45,700 to $89,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
