Job descriptionPerform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on patients of all ages. Properly label, handle, and transport specimens to the laboratory. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Follow strict infection control and safety procedures. Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and staff. Assist with other phlebotomy-related administrative tasks as needed. High School Diploma or GED. Background in science and prior phlebotomy experience. Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail. Strong customer service skills. BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required. Local candidates may be considered. Candidates must live within a 75-mile radius of Saranac Lake, NY.
Phlebotomy Technician- (Contract Role)
Location : Saranac Lake, NY, 12983
Duration : 8 weeks
Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week
Weekly Pay Rate : $720 - $880; (Negotiable based on experience)
Shift : 8-hour days with varying schedules :
- 6 : 00 AM 2 : 30 PM
- 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM
- 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM
- 1 : 30 PM 10 : 00 PM

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Technician to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will perform blood collection and related procedures with accuracy and professionalism while providing excellent patient care.
