Your Role : High School English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher
Are you passionate about literature and eager to inspire high school students? As an ELA Teacher at Uncommon Schools, you will create an engaging and rigorous classroom culture that prepares students for college and beyond. You will become an expert in your course content and motivate students through a focus on reading and student-led discourse. By the end of each school year, your students will not only be ready for the academic challenges of college but will also develop a lifelong love for literacy.

Qualifications
1-2 years of experience impacting K-12 students in urban schools and communities preferred.

Compensation
The salary for this role ranges from $56,000 to $80,000 , determined by factors such as relevant teaching experience and education certifications.
