Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
Utilize automated systems for data entry and information retrieval
Interact with external partners and verify healthcare services for payment facilitation
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of customer service experience
Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
Knowledge of the health insurance industry (preferred)
Bilingual Spanish-English is a plus (preferred)
