CNA Position Available - Guarenteed Overtime Pay!

About the Role

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a group home setting supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities . Staff are present 24 / 7 to ensure safety and support, but this is not a high-acuity environment. Your primary focus will be assisting residents with everyday living tasks and promoting independence in a comfortable, home-like setting.

What We Offer

• Guaranteed overtime pay through a 36 / 48 track schedule (alternating weeks of 36 and 48 hours)
• Competitive pay : $19 / hour
• 12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend off
• Low patient ratio : 1 : 3 caregiver-to-patient
• Always staffed with an LPN or RN for clinical support
