We are seeking a Plumbers to join our team! We are a mid-size Mechanical Contractor looking for :
Plumbing Foremen (and Lead) positions!
Foremen -Have experience with large scale commercial / industrial plumbing projects. Our typical plumbing projects range from approximately $500,000-$3,000,000. The ability to layout work tasks for one or multiple crews and supervise personnel
Responsibilities :
- Layout work and supervise employees
- Perform takeoffs for material ordering
- Complete projects within time constraints and budget
- Assemble and install plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems
- Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
