Overview

PNC - Treasury Management Development Program Analyst / Associate. This program is designed to move analysts from development roles into production roles within PNC's Treasury Management organization. Opportunities are available across PNC's footprint.

As a Corporate & Institutional Banking Development Program Analyst / Associate, you will be based in one location across PNC's footprint. This program offers hands-on experience in a professional environment to explore career goals and grow skills in key areas.

Responsibilities

• Participate in one of two tracks : Sales or Product.
• Sales track : develop consultative sales skills using PNC's end-to-end solutions; responsibilities may include creating client deliverables and proposals, client and industry research, payment trend analysis, client issue resolution, and shadowing Sales Officers.
• Product track : learn product management perspectives on working capital solutions; responsibilities may include shadowing Product Managers, conducting competitive and industry research, issue resolution, and engaging in strategic projects (e.g., product pricing, driving revenue, enhancing distribution, stakeholder training, or working with outside vendors).
• Engage in experiential learning, formal training, evaluations, and social learning opportunities.
• Time in the office or in the field is required on a regular basis; some responsibilities may be performed remotely at the manager's discretion.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

Preferred business-relevant majors (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics, Innovation, Math, Statistics, HR, English, Management, Communications, Business Law, Psychology, Logistics, Operations, Engineering). Minimum GPA 3.2. Roles at this level are filled by recent university / college graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills including strong communication and a sense of accountability and responsibility.

Base Salary : $39,100.00 – $126,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education.
