Job Description

Pay Rate : $80 / hr + IRS Mileage Rate

Start Date : ASAP | Duration : 13 weeks

Schedule : Monday–Friday | Guaranteed Work Week : 40 hours

Coverage :

May be asked to assist in other territories within a 60-mile radius of the facility’s address.

Experience Required :

Home Health & OASIS – mandatory

Homecare Homebase (HCHB) documentation experience – preferred

Client may consider candidates without HCHB experience at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if the manager agrees to train.
