To join this team as Director of Social Services please have the following requirements :

Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree strongly preferred.

LSW licensure required; LCSW or LICSW strongly preferred.

Minimum five (5) years experience as a social worker in a healthcare related setting. Experience within a nursing home or rehabilitation center strongly preferred.

Must be knowledgeable of the rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern nursing care facilities.

Strong, but comforting, communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies / personnel and the general public.
