Overview
Desktop Support Specialist position is responsible for desktops, laptops, printers, email, phone systems, and all peripherals support. Candidate will install and configure computer programs and systems, diagnose hardware and software faults, and solve technical problems for the entire system. Additional responsibilities include installing and updating computer systems and peripherals, setting up new users in the system, and assisting Lipari staff with troubleshooting issues.
