Compensation : Salary (paid bi-weekly on Fridays)
Position Overview
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional service, quality, and safety standards. This position plays a key leadership role in delivering an outstanding dining experience for guests while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, train, and develop Assistant Food & Beverage Managers and departmental staff.
Supervise a team of approximately 20-30 employees, while fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, safe, and visually appealing food and beverage offerings.
Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and obtain required approvals for any variations from budget.
Collaborate with Operations, Arena, On-Site Sales, Production, and Merchandise departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
Enforce company policies, customer service standards, and safety procedures across the department.
Oversee facility and equipment maintenance programs to protect company assets and ensure operational readiness.
Participate as a member of the management team in policy development, long-range planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Associate degree or technical school certification preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Minimum of three years of food and beverage management experience , preferably in a high-volume or entertainment environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
ServSafe certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in varying temperature and humidity conditions.
Must maintain regular and reliable attendance and be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
