Supervising and supporting international trainees in the Glemer International Program. Conducting orientation, training, and certification for staff and interns. Coordinating cultural exchange events and collaborating with international partners. Reviewing daily operational checklists and ensuring compliance with company standards. Delivering hospitality system training (Fidelio, Encore, MSI, Profit Manager) Assisting with travel arrangements, visa processing, and accommodations for interns.
