Manufacturing Manager

Job Description

• 15+ years of engineering experience, including a minimum of 7 years in a senior management or leadership role within a CNC machining or manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams, with a strong track record of managing complex, high-impact projects.
• Extensive experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, and process optimization within an engineering context.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex engineering challenges efficiently and effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of CNC machining processes, including experience with quoting and processing machined components.
• Proficiency in Six Sigma, Lean Tools / Methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
• Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks, MasterCAM, Partmaker, and other relevant CAD / CAM software.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
• High level of proficiency with MS-Office Products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
