Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical analysis of compensation data to ensure pay equity and market competitiveness
Manage the annual compensation review process within Workday, including system preparation and training
Develop and present a comprehensive Sales Compensation Strategy and Support Model
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field
8+ years of progressive compensation experience, with 3-5 years in Workday compensation management
Proven experience in designing and managing sales compensation plans
Expert proficiency in Workday configuration and advanced Excel functions
Strong understanding of compensation principles and regulatory compliance
