Overview of the Installation Manager Role :
Oversee and manage the installation of security systems, including access control, video surveillance, alarm, and communication networksSupervise and schedule installation technicians, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and compliance with company standards and local codesCoordinate installation projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are metConduct site evaluations, validate work orders, and verify that all customer equipment and materials are properly installed and functioningMaintain detailed project documentation and provide regular progress updates to leadership and clientsEnsure the team is equipped with necessary tools, materials, and training to perform installations efficientlyProvide technical guidance and problem-solving support to field teams and customersPartner with other departments to continuously improve installation processes and customer experienceQualifications for the Installation Manager :
