Job descriptionOversee and manage the installation of security systems, including access control, video surveillance, alarm, and communication networks Supervise and schedule installation technicians, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and compliance with company standards and local codes Coordinate installation projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met Conduct site evaluations, validate work orders, and verify that all customer equipment and materials are properly installed and functioning Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular progress updates to leadership and clients Ensure the team is equipped with necessary tools, materials, and training to perform installations efficiently Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to field teams and customers Partner with other departments to continuously improve installation processes and customer experience Experience managing or leading installation teams in security, low-voltage, or related technical fields Strong understanding of security systems installation (CCTV, access control, alarms, networking) Hands-on technical background in field installation or system integration Proven leadership and scheduling experience in a fast-paced service environment Electrical or low-voltage certifications a plus Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
