We are looking for a customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Summary :

As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, assisting them with their purchases, and providing exceptional service. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, in person and or over the phone
• Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Provide product information, product recommendations, answer questions, and assist customers in selecting the right materials
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system
• Handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and strive to exceed their expectations
