Business Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Data Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze complex business problems using data to provide insights for decision-makers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Minimum of 2 years of related experience

Experience with statistical and business intelligence tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Tableau

Basic knowledge of ITIL version 3 frameworks

Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow and Remedy
