We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in optimizing production schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials to meet operational demands. Collaborating with various teams and external suppliers, you will focus on enhancing efficiency and delivering excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities :

• Review and validate order accuracy before submission, promptly addressing and communicating any discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels daily, identifying and mitigating risks of overstock or stockouts.
• Coordinate production schedules by ordering raw materials and packaging supplies accurately and on time.
• Take ownership of indirect supply management to support uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain pallet inventory within established thresholds, monitoring daily and making adjustments to prevent issues.
• Input daily planner demands into D365, ensuring accuracy and alignment with planning instructions.
• Track and report phase-out carton run-out dates for projects, proactively communicating changes to avoid disruptions.
• Manage inventory to meet production demand, maintaining optimal stock levels and providing weekly updates to supervisors.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Ensure efficient communication with external suppliers to align material availability with production needs.
