Your Role And Responsibilities

The DCC Software Test Engineer will validate manual and automation test results across the Digital Command Center (DCC) applications. DCC is based on ATOM, IBM's Federal Intelligent Data and Automation Platform which delivers Data Fabric, Intelligent Automation, and AI / ML services through a secure and scalable platform. The DCC serves as the central hub for consolidating and visualizing data, provides real-time program-wide transparent reporting and situational awareness, dashboards, reporting, modeling alternatives, critical path assessment, and maintains portfolio-level milestones.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • 5+ years of testing experience in both manual and automated testing for AI-driven applications
  • Familiarity with RPA, AI, and OCR
  • Ability to read requirements and translate them to test scripts
  • Ability to analyze, understand, and communicate results of testing
  • Clear reporting of bugs and issues found, including detailing steps to reproduce issues and severity of problems

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Experience with complex, geographically distributed telecom deployments.
  • Strong leadership, risk management, and conflict resolution skills.
