Compensation :

Base Salary : up to  $250,000 annually

Sign-On Bonus :  $30,000

Position Overview

We’re seeking a  Functional Medicine Physician  who is eager to go beyond symptom management and delve into the root causes of chronic and complex conditions. This is your opportunity to work at the forefront of integrative care in a supportive, physician-led environment.

What You’ll Do

Perform in-depth evaluations to uncover and address the underlying causes of illness

Order and interpret advanced diagnostics (DUTCH, GI-MAP, OAT, Genova, genomics, hormone panels, etc.)

Create individualized treatment plans using nutrition, supplements, detoxification, bioidentical hormones, and lifestyle interventions

Provide integrative support for patients undergoing cancer treatment to optimize immune function and minimize side effects

Collaborate with a dynamic, interdisciplinary team of nutritionists, health coaches, and regenerative medicine providers

Educate, empower, and inspire patients on their path to wellness

Engage in ongoing learning, peer case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives

What You Bring

MD or DO with board certification (or eligibility) in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related field

Certification or advanced training in Functional Medicine (e.g., IFM, A4M, or equivalent)

Hands-on experience with advanced diagnostics and systems biology

Active Wyoming medical license (or the ability to obtain one)

A passion for root-cause medicine, collaboration, and compassionate care

Compensation & Benefits

$250,000 base salary

$30,000 sign-on bonus

Relocation assistance  to ensure a smooth transition

Malpractice insurance : $1M / $3M fully covered

Health insurance : Employer-paid premiums

401(k)  with 6% employer match

Generous PTO : 6 weeks + 6 holidays + 7 sick days

CME support : $5,000 allowance + 5 paid CME days

Monday–Friday schedule  – no weekends or hospital call
