NDT Inspector

Job Description Responsible for non-destructive testing (NDT) on metallic and non-metallic aircraft structures and components for corrosion, defects, or any detrimental conditions in accordance with prescribed methods and procedures. Interpret inspection results and complete required documentation in accordance with established procedures. Maintain inspection equipment and assure proper calibration for tests to be performed.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

• Performs Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) of Aircraft and Components.
• Set-up, calibration, and utilization of nondestructive testing equipment to conduct final inspection after system / component installations are complete to verify compliance and completeness of work.
• Reviews and audits production work orders.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Federal Aviation Airframe and Powerplant License with Inspection Authorization

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range : $70735 - $120250

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
