Director, People Partner and People Operations
Job Description

This position plays a crucial role in leading the Americas People Operations team which requires strategic planning and active engagement, focusing on enhancing the overall employee experience within Benefits, HR Compliance, and Employee Relations. The role serves as a collaborative thought partner to global senior leaders with a responsibility to positively impact organizational health.
Note : The internal title will be Director, People Partner and Site Lead and the internal level will be Director. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and lead comprehensive benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other employee perks in close collaboration with our Global Rewards team.
Ensure the organization’s HR policies and practices are in accordance with employment laws at the federal, state, and local levels.
Create and implement employee relations strategies to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities.
Lead deployment of core People Activities through collaboration with Communities of Excellence, such as recruitment, talent management, headcount governance, and organizational design. Assess efficiency, communicate feedback, and make adjustments.

In collaboration with the Head of People Partnering for the Americas, this role will lead and shape the areas of Benefits, HR Compliance, and Employee Relations. It will also act as a People Partner to a senior leader and their leadership team, supporting a global organization, while serving as the People, Places, and Culture site lead for our Boston HUB. This position requires both strategic foresight and hands-on involvement to enhance the employee journey and support the People Operations team effectively. This role will involve coaching and collaborating with senior leaders on critical people initiatives, including employee motivation and satisfaction, capability building, leadership development, and overall organizational health. Success requires extensive knowledge and experience in Human Resources, proven leadership, and the ability to facilitate strategic conversations with an understanding of local, regional, and global nuances.
As a People Leader within the Americas People Partnering team, you will foster organizational health across the Americas Region to support strategic goals and inspire the builders of tomorrow. Your leadership will drive a thriving workplace culture.

Hybrid working model
This position is based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA. The hybrid policy supports three days in the office, aligning with LEGO’s People Promise.
Compensation
The salary range is $156,432.00 – $234,648.00, with details communicated upon offer. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis; the company reserves the right to amend or withdraw postings at any time.
