Lead Ar Collections Representative

We are hiring for an outgoing and detail-oriented Lead AR Collections Representative to support a growing software company. This is a 100% remote position focused on customer service and billing support. Location : Remote (Eligible States : CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WY) Contract : 6 months only

Responsibilities :

• Respond to inbound calls regarding invoices, payments, and account status
• Assist customers in updating account contacts
• Send email communications regarding outstanding balances
• Make outbound calls to follow up on past due accounts
• Process credits using PeopleSoft and maintain accurate transaction records
• Conduct audits between systems to ensure data accuracy

Qualifications :

Work Environment : 100% remote

Equipment provided (must have a Windows 10 device and reliable internet as backup)

Schedule : MondayFriday, 6 AM6 PM Mountain Time Shifts may vary (e.g., 6 AM3 PM, 7 AM4 PM, 8 AM5 PM)

This is a Contract position based out of Lehi, UT.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
