A company is looking for a Residential Mortgage Senior Loan Closer.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and organize legal documents for residential mortgage loan settlements, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines

Establish and maintain relationships with customers, attorneys, and title companies while guiding internal customers in documentation collection

Lead, train, and mentor junior staff, resolve escalated issues, and assist in process improvements and special projects

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

3 or more years of experience in residential mortgage banking and closing (Required)
