Personal Injury attorney 2 years experience

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation with experience completing written discovery, motions practice, and defending / taking depositions. Trial experience is a plus, but not required. The Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury matters throughout the entirety of the case, from initial client meeting through resolution.

Duties

• Develop and maintain rapport with clients.
• Provide legal advice throughout the course of representation.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and court memoranda.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all case activities and developments.
• Collaborate with staff and other attorneys and staff within the law office to ensure comprehensive client service.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.

Requirements

Additional compensation available via referral fees, as well as annual bonuses for high performing individuals.
